Jewelry may be repaired by Queen Bee Silver Co. at an additional cost. I am more than willing to repair pieces, even if they are not originally purchased from Queen Bee. Contact me via queenbeesilverco@gmail.com or message me on Facebook\Instagram (@queenbee_silverco) so I can help fix a piece. 

Queen Bee Silver Co. is not responsible for any sizing errors made on your behalf. 

I try my best to get any orders shipped out within a week. Although this is a made to order website your purchase will be shipped in a 1-3 week turnaround time. 

Queen Bee Silver Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 
 
If you chose local pickup at checkout you are responsible for contacting Queen Bee to make arrangements. Local pickup only available in Gillette Wyoming.
